What is your returns policy and guarantee?
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Eternal Collection. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return items to us within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, provided they are in unused condition and accompanied by the original packaging. Please note that goods are returned at your own cost and we recommend that you obtain a proof of postage.
Returns Policy
All items are covered by our 30-day money back guarantee, which extends to 60 days over the Festive period. Please note that earrings for pierced ears are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons. This guarantee entitles you to a refund or replacement if the item is faulty or there has been a packing error we will refund the cost of your return postage.

The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. We do recommend that you request a proof of postage.
Refund Processing Time:
Returns are typically processed within 48 hours of receipt, with funds usually clearing to your card account within 7 days upon approval of the fault.
Replacement Item Delivery Time:
If a replacement item is available and requested, it will be processed and dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your return. In case the item is no longer available, you will be notified and receive a refund.
Exchange
If you wish to return your item for an exchange, rather than a refund, please advise which item you wish to receive in its place. If the new items are cheaper, we will refund the difference. If the items cost more, please contact us to arrange payment for the price difference on 01796 481 680.
